The annual tipBerlin FOOD FESTIVAL puts Berlin entirely under the star of culinary diversity and bundles the gastronomic expertise of the capital in a unique gastronomy summit. The festival, which takes place throughout the city for the public, consists of four parts: Dinner, Talks, Lab and a Foodmarket.
The headquarters of the tipBerlin FOOD FESTIVAL was located in the Clärchens Ballhaus in Mitte. In the beautiful hall of mirrors with a lot of patina and aura, the talk rounds were held at our SET cocktail tables this year. Well-known protagonists of the Berlin gastronomic scene were on stage and discussed in three panels what is currently moving the Berlin gastronomy.
Our new and versatile Modular Cooking System buffet line ELEMENTS made the live cooking of Thore Hildebrandt to a very big highlight. During his show cooking, the sustainable event chef took us on a journey into the world of vegan zero waste cuisine.
Afterwards, we went into the forest with Moritz Schmid. Mentally, anyway, he took us with him into the mushrooms.
Finally, we experienced a guided tasting through the world of gin – with Jan Kreutz.
ELEMENTS is the latest addition to our buffet tables, enabling live cooking/front cooking, the experience of cooking and serving in front of the guests, making every event a highlight. Our ELEMENTS system is variable, modular and can be used extensively. Whether here for cooking or also as a bar – it offers numerous combination possibilities.
