Venta, by German modular buffet system brand Büchin Design, has now developed a modular cooking system called Elements.
The unit is designed for theatre cooking indoors or outdoors for hotels, events or contract catering venues.
Elements consists of a set of table frames on castors (one, two or four panels) and cooking elements using induction technology.
